Operations Committee

The board of directors shall establish a standing operations committee to oversee and establish policies for the operation of Wanakee in fulfilling its programs and objectives, including but not limited to required professional services, use of facilities (safety).

Program Committee

The board of directors shall establish a standing program committee to develop for board approval, the annual program of activities to be carried out by the director and staff in conformance with the goals and objectives of Wanakee. The program committee serves as the key liaison between the site director, and volunteer leaders (directors) prior to the summer camping season.

Finance Committee

The board of directors shall establish a standing finance committee to propose policies concerning financial matters and controls, establish an annual budget to be approved by the board, and review the overall financial performance of Wanakee.

Facilities Committee
