A $75 non-refundable deposit must accompany your Registration Form. Early Registration Discounts and Gift / Volunteer Certificates may NOT be used for your deposit.

The balance is due three weeks prior to your event. Include any campership or volunteer certificates with your balance payment. NOTE: It is your responsibility to ensure your church has sent any campership funds for you prior to your arrival.

Early Registration Discount: $10 discount if registration is postmarked by March 15, 2008. ($5 for partial-week, none for weekend events or winter, spring, and fall events.) Discount may NOT be used to reduce deposit.

Financial Assistance: Churches provide camperships for campers. If more help is needed than a church can provide, Wanakee’s Campership Fund is available. Call the camp directors at Wanakee. “We believe every child should be able to attend camp!”

Cancellations and Refunds

If an event is canceled by Wanakee, you will receive a full refund. We will help you select another event; or if another event doesn’t work, you receive a full refund.

If you cancel your registration, you will receive a refund of all except the $75 deposit. Wanakee incurs expenses in preparing for registered campers. Cancellation and refund request should be in writing at least 21 days in advance.

What happens after I register?

You will receive a letter confirming your registration and detailing balance due (due three weeks before your event).

A health form and what-to-bring list is included. Do not send the health form to camp, bring it with you to camp. If you don’t receive this letter, contact the camp registrar at 603-279-7950 or mail@wanakee.org.
