We are ringing in the new year with a big announcement: registration for our 2026 summer season is now open!
We can’t wait to welcome you back for another summer of laughter, friendship, and fun in our beautiful, spiritual place in the hills.
In 2026, we are once again partnering with CampDoc as our registration software. CampDoc offers an electronic health record system for camps. If you or your child came to camp in 2025, you will log into the same account to sign them up for camp this year. Our registration guide is below.
Registration Guide
Visit Wanakee’s unique Registration Page to access your account and sign up for camp at app.campdoc.com/register/wanakee.
Watch this short video to help you get started on registering your camper and completing your camper’s electronic health forms, or follow the steps below.
New Users - Setting Up Your Account
Click our link.
Click the Sign Up button.
In the Email box, type your email address in order to confirm.
In the Password box, type the password that you want to use.
Click the Continue button.
Follow the instructions to create your profile.
Returning Users - Logging In To CampDoc
Click our link.
Log in with your username and password from last summer.
Setting Up Your User Profile
After you log in, you will be prompted to complete a “New Participant” page. Please enter your CAMPER’S NAME and information here. If you will be registering multiple campers for Wanakee, start with one and you will be able to add the others afterward as a new participant with the “+ NEW PARTICIPANT” button on the left side of the screen, shown below. For mobile users, click the 3 stacked lines on the top left to find the “+ NEW PARTICIPANT” button.
Next, you will be prompted to fill out an “About You” page. Please enter YOUR OWN (the parent/guardian) name and information here.
Filling in Your Camper’s Electronic Health Forms
After you’ve registered one or more campers for camp, you will be prompted to begin their health profile. This profile must be completed in its entirety before the participant arrives at Wanakee. No paper forms will be accepted in 2025.
Required questions will be marked with an * and outlined in red. Upload any required documents to your CampDoc account. If you're on a phone/tablet, you can take a picture to upload the document.
Keep in mind that our application saves your information as you complete the health forms, therefore you can return to app.campdoc.com/register/wanakee to make updates and/or continue filling out your participant’s health information. You can log in using the email address and password you previously created.
We’re excited to let you know that your participant’s health information will save from year-to-year, so once you complete it in CampDoc this season, you won’t have to start from scratch next year.
Additionally, CampDoc sends out periodic reminder emails for incomplete health information, and your camp may also use the messaging feature to send out emails via CampDoc. These notifications will come from noreply@campdoc.com, so please add this to your safe sender list to avoid accidental delivery to junk and spam folders. We don’t want you to miss important notices about Wanakee!
